My session will encapsulate the journey from being an athlete to transitioning into sports management. It emphasizes following one's dreams, the value of dedication, and the importance of mentorship and coaching. I'll touch upon my book and share insights from my experience, focusing on the significance of education, stepping out of comfort zones, and embracing mistakes as part of the learning curve.
