As a Research Consultant at ISC Research, Elena is part of the team of field based researchers who work with international schools, school groups, associations, investors and regulators around the world collecting both quantitative and qualitative data and compiling up to the minute market intelligence on the international school market. Elena has a solid background as a pedagogue and has worked in IB schools for over a decade in different countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. She believes that working and living abroad has been an essential part of shaping her identity as a global citizen. Elena has an MA in Intercultural Education and she is currently half way through her PhD journey.
