Trained as a French teacher, Fabien spent the first eight years of his career at Norwich School (England) before moving to South East Asia where he was among the pioneer staff of Epsom College in Malaysia in 2014. He held a number of pastoral leadership roles during the five years at Epsom: Housemaster, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and Head of PSHE. He then moved to the Lyceum Alpinum in Zuoz (Switzerland) where he was Deputy Head of Boarding Houses and a Member of the Extended Management Team. Since 2021, he has been the Head of a boarding house at Le Régent International School in Crans-Montana (Switzerland). He recently passed his Masters in Educational Leadership (with merit) with the University of Leicester, and he is a member of the SGIS Wellbeing group and of the Institute of Boarding.
