Laetitia Grail est une entrepreneure et experte en éducation et apprentissage numérique. Après avoir enseigné les mathématiques et les statistiques dans les écoles secondaires et les MBA, elle a fondé plusieurs entreprises dans le domaine de l'éducation et du secteur EdTech. Elle a créé myBlee math en 2011. myBlee math est une application offrant une solution pour apprendre les mathématiques facilement et rapidement à l’école primaire. Elle est utilisée dans de nombreuses écoles internationales.
 
Laetitia Grail a également dirigé des publications de manuels scolaires, elle a été conférencière au Sommet mondial des femmes à Tokyo en 2017 sur des sujets liés aux STEM, et elle a participé aux groupes d'experts Villani-Torossian sur l'IA et le Big Data dans l'éducation (pour le ministère français de l’Éducation). En 2020, son livre "Etre bon en maths, ça s’apprend" a été publié chez Dunod.
