Rob Gray was Headmaster of Le Rosey from 2002 to 2019.
 
Rob studied English at Cambridge, and then worked as a teacher and head in schools and universities in Spain, the UK, France, and Brussels -collecting academic qualifications and fluency in French and Spanish along the way- before taking up his post at Le Rosey. He is now on the board of Le Rosey and JFK School in Saanen.
 
A keen and occasionally sceptical follower of trends in education across the world, he also works as a consultant in Japan and the Middle East, with a particular emphasis on bilingual education.
